I think that somewhere in between ( perhaps 200-300M in the US). But I suspect T-DM1's use will be broader than just third line patients even before 2nd line approval.

Isn't it true that recently debilitating side efffects of new drugs are coming under much greater scrutiny by FDA then used to be the case?
It is my believe that even if T-DM1 reports in with comparable PFS vs Tykerb/Xeloda, improvements to patient's quality of life while on a T-DM1 regimen are such that the FDA will approve this new agent.</description>
