Actually, the two drugs couldn't be more different.
CRGN's drug binds cacner cells from the outside and delivers a toxic payload into the cell. Synta's molecule makes cancer cells more sensitive to chemotherapy.
By the time CRGN gets the phase II data, SNTA should publish PFS data from its pivotal trial. If both data are positive, combining the two agents doesn't sound like a bad idea.</description>

		<description>Great Write Ups, thanks much. I'm pretty much a novice in this field but do hold CRGN. Was wondering what the difference is between Synta's metastatic melanoma target and CRGN's (CR011-vcMMAE) unresectable stage III/IV melanoma target. Any other comparison would also be helpful.
